Hi Jessica,

I am the owner of a 2016 FXS too. I think I am having a similar problem to yours. I am stuck at a simpler step though, which is finding the BMS reset buttons. Would you be able to tell me where they are located on the bike? I've spent 45 minutes looking for them and can only find the "big" com plug.

Did changing the charger a second time solve your issue?

Hi everyone!

I'm having a similar problem with a ZERO FXS 2016. My feeling is that I connected the bike to a charging station while another ZERO was there. I took the bike back at a lower battery % (16%). During 3-4 days I tried to connect to other chargers. The green charging light turns on, I hear the "click" but the % remains identical.

I am looking for the reset button, both software and hardware on the FXS and am having a hard time finding them. Does someone know if they are as easily accessible as on other ZERO models? I took a look at the bike owner's manual too, without success.

Now the% of battery decrease when riding. I am trying to charge it now to see if it is back to normal or not. Point is, I think a reset would do good here.
