I was having the same dilemma so I bought the 2019 DSR now and figured I'd save up for the SR/F. New dilemma is do I want the Zero SR/F or the new Lightning Strike. Both are $20k but the strike allegedly has a lot more of everything at that price point. I know I'll enjoy the DSR even if I don't get anything else and I happened to be looking at just the right time for a really sweet deal.

I just read on another thread that the Chevy Volt uses the same cells. My wife's 2012 Chevy volt is still getting @ 42 miles to a charge in the summer and @ 36 miles per charge in the winter so I am pretty confident they will keep their power for quite some time.

I want to see a production, available to the public Livewire go up against the new SR/F. Compare all specs apples to apples. At this time I just put a deposit on a 2019 DSR. Did a demo ride a couple years ago on both the SR and the DSR and was sold immediately. Selling my 02 custom Road Glide and putting the money towards the DSR. Hope to get a SR/F not to long after. I have a lot more confidence in ZERO than I do in HD.
