You really need to figure out a way to probe the physical cells to see what the voltage is. Can you purchase any service manual from Energica?
Yes. AF1 has the manual. Looking at it now but only shows how to remove the whole battery with explicit directions NOT to open it up "no user serviceable parts inside".

You aint kidding! checked out the app.. found the page showing the charge etc. and then a few feet away... poof and gone out of range. Not going to work for me since my bike sits at the opposite end of the building.

Is there a way to keep the bluetooth connected to the phone/bike while just charging (without the key on)? I'd like to monitor my charge from my desk.

Base model with no charge tank. The bike has never been on the freeway! Great ride. Super smooth. Plugs into a standard wall outlet and reaches a full charge in about 6 hours. Range is about 200 miles (depending on rider).
Located in Irvine, California.
