I disassembled one battery. It's have 120 pcs LiFePo4 18650 batteries. You can't just replace it , because they are too rare and too expensive ~$5 per 1pcs. You can try to order complete batteries from alibaba.com, but I'm not sure the controller will see them. You may need to replace the balance board inside the battery.
