2016 Zero S ZF13.0
I only get about 55 miles at 70mph from 100%-0%. And 110-120 miles riding in town. That said, I suspect my battery may be on the decline, and my SOC% battery indicator isn't all that accurate when compared to voltage readings.

My MY16 Zero S does this too. The SOC indicator is inaccurate and, going by voltage readings, my range ability is almost perfectly in line with a Zf9.8 battery instead of the Zf13.0 that I have. I ran the battery down to 0% a few weeks ago and was still able to ride 10 miles to get home. The resting voltage when I got home was 96v. I would rather contend with a faulty SOC display than reduced battery capacity but it seems I've got a bit of both.

Update: So I warmed the bike up with a space heater overnight and now it's seems to be working correctly. My best guess is that the computer malfunctioned from the cold, which isn't great since the bike is supposed to be tougher than that, but it's better than having to find replacement parts IMO. Neither Zero customer service or the nearest dealer in Kansas City e-mailed me back about the problem, which is disheartening.

I'll second that. It dropped to 26 degrees Fahrenheit (-3C) overnight and my bike developed the CAN error and the battery display reads 0%. It was at 73% when i parked it the previous night. I'ts gotten up to 40 degrees Fahrenheit but the problem persists. I'm going to start checking fuses and maybe put a heater in the garage to warm it up. The manual says the bike bike should operate down to -22F before it shuts itself down, and the recommended minimum riding temperature is 23F, so temperature shouldn't be the cause, but i'm still hoping it is because what else could it be?
