correct - it was just the S and DS.  If needed, I have an email from Zero indicating that my VIN and model was not part of the recall.

Buy Sell Trade / FS - 2012 Zero X - $1500
« on: October 05, 2020, 11:00:21 PM »
I have had this bike for two years.  Battery is strong and runs really well.  The speedometer is finicky and works when it wants to.

Bike has around 500 miles on it.  We used it sparingly - only ridden on trails during hunting season.

I purchased this bike from Alamo Cycle Plex in San Antonio.  I have the charger,  zero bike stand and second set of tires.

This bike was not part of the 2012 recall.  I have an email from Zero indicating my VIN and model were not affected.

$1500 or best offer - I need to get it out of my garage.

2012 Zero MX - bike is new(old), but without battery.

Willing to consider offers.

It is my understanding that the X was not part of the recall.

On another note, any idea what I might be able to sell the parts bike for?

Thanks

Well, I was buying my son a new Yamaha and ended up leaving the dealership with 2 Zero's, one working and one rolling frame.

I knew little to nothing about Zero before Friday and I am impressed thus far.  I had the opportunity to ride the x for about five hours this weekend off road and it did just fine.  I am not sure what I have gotten myself into and I hope the bike proves to be reliable.
