Well if it's 3.50V then that would explain a few things would it not?

Cas :)

Sorry, I forgot (one) before ;D

I measured it and the have exactly 13.50v. Drop a little bit when I key On but after it stabilise right.

I have no choice but to go see my dealer.

im pretty sure thats looking at our main battery voltage

fwiw
1000 mv =  1 volt  so 101100  would be a touch over 101 volts.

You're probably right, it makes a lot of sense.

Is it possible to know how voltage DC2DC give?

Does the DC2DC maintain the 12V battery? Because it is well charged and never low

Can we see the voltage that the DC2DC supplies in the logs?

I see this information about controller (OBD2)

* * * CONTROLLER * * *
 Motor RPM:       0 rpm
 Motor Temperature:    11 C
 DC Bus Voltage:    101100 mV
 Fault Code:       0 level- 0
Last time Temp PDO    979 s, 950000 us

DC Bus Voltage 101100 mV mean around 10V I think? it is good? maybe not, lower than 12v.

I found the old seem information about my controller in year 2024

* * * CONTROLLER * * *
 Motor RPM:       0 rpm
 Motor Temperature:    10 C
 DC Bus Voltage:    109600 mV
 Fault Code:       200 level- 4
Last time Temp PDO    165 s, 430000 us

At that time I never had controller problems like I do today.

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / SRS gen3 Controller fault 1 (mean)
« on: June 13, 2026, 06:10:30 AM »
Hi folks,

Yesterday, I got this error on my bike’s dash while riding: Controller fault (error 9) three times in two days.
The bike suddenly stopped running.I turned the key off and back on, and the bike started working again.
I checked the log and saw Controller Fault 1. Does anyone know what Fault 1 means?

I also frequently see this message in the log: Controller warning 26. Weird.

SRS 2020 45k (new battery BCB and power tank)

My PT it was installed by the dealer in summer 2020. I never noticed any problem. Since my main battery began to have a magic charger symptom Zero make somes test and they changed only the main battery (This winter). Now spring is here and since this time I rode my bike only four time. The first riding I fully charged 100% and I rod until 1%. When I arrive arround a 5% battery charge I saw in the screen this notification : Warning: Power pack has been depleted. I never saw this with my old main battery.

Zero said to me about this:
“Power pack has been depleted” will often show during a long ride event as you approach a low state of charge as the power tank will hit its ‘empty’ voltage a few percent before the main power pack. From my observation, the PT will open it’s contactor when the dash shows somewhere around 10-14% charge. This is expected operation for the unit with a power tank, charging the unit will bring the modules back into sync.

ok guys, you mean they don't have new generation cells inside the new generation power tank build? they build them with the same cells since to beginning?

Hi guys,

I have a SRS 2020 with new main battery replaced. I already have a power tank and it has been not replaced. It is possible now to have the magic charge phenomena with the power tank only? I noticed since I begining to ride (Winter finished) when I come from a ride I turne the bike off, after arround one hour, I lost three or four %. Some time a win this same %.

I fully charge to 100% and after one hour the % drop to 98%. Weird situation. My bike doesn't keep his % after many day.

People with power tank and newer main battery, have  you noticed something like that?

You Right, the dealer said to me they don't familiar or have some difficulty with command line. My dealer is very far. I'm tech computer and make this procedure is very easy for me. That's why I ask if some body here have a files and docs about this.

Have you already tried to directly write to zero customer support, and inform them about your situation?

The dealers who can offer Zero products have all be trained by them. In my situation some operations, including firmware updates, have also failed at first, but they all eventually passed. At occasions my dealer would go online, or call with a Zero specialist while doing the tricky parts. A Zero specialist can surely assist your dealer as well, they definitely are not all comfortable with all the computing that comes with our bikes.
