gotcha. well, i'm happy to send it to you, what's your zip?

I think this is the correct one for your bike:

https://shop.englishelectricmotorco.com/shop/electric-bike/battery-chargers-and-electrical/onboard-charger-1300w-zero-s-sr-ds-dsr/

Not to say the FX charger wouldn't mount up, just take a look at where the port is for the plug on the one I have.

It's definitely possible, you might just want to verify that both models use the same OBC even though they're different models.

Bump, still available. Includes Givi rack and top box, Zero MX seat and more.

I can assist with shipping. Thanks!

Bump, make me an offer, need it gone, prefer to not throw it away.

Hi, cleaning out the garage and have this on-board charger that came off my 2018 FXS. This part is $750 online, I'd like to sell it for $250 shipped. I replaced it as it was only charging the battery to 98%, then 95% then 92% which is around where it seemed to have leveled off. I continued to use it for several months, but eventually had it replaced under warranty. Thought it might make a good spare for someone. Local pickup in Chicago, venmo or PP f&f. Thanks!

Bump, still available. Pulled the local ad and was going to re-list in the Spring, but figured I'd bump it here where fans of the brand hang out, as I'd really love the garage space. I will assist with shipping. Perfect urban commuter or backroad blaster. Everything works perfectly on this bike! Lots of extras.

So, is the brand pulling out of the US market, or at least, is that what we suspect will happen?

I have an FXS I was going to sell in the spring. Have values tanked?

Have you had any interest in your FXS? I see it's been listed since April. Is there just no market for these or what? I don't get it...they're SO good in urban situations.

Bike looks almost brand new, no issues, no stories, no damage, garage kept, adult owned and ridden, never ridden in rain, never been down, never left me stranded, it's been an unadulterated fuel-free joy machine. It's everything you want a used motorcycle to be. I'm the original owner, bought it brand new in July 2018.

I've loved this motorcycle and it's been a ton of fun around the city,  it's been so easy to own and is effortless to ride. Everything on the bike is original except the zero motocross grips which were installed when I bought it and the additional Zero MX style seat.

The on-board charger became unable to fully charge the battery a couple of seasons ago. Zero sent me a new one under warrantee and it's been perfect since, it charges to 100% and consistently gets 100+ miles per charge when riding in town.

The reason for the sale is that I have an opportunity to buy another bike and there's only so much space in the garage. The FXS is an awesome piece of engineering and I will surely miss it.

Asking $6999. Get the same battery and motor in the new bikes (FX/FXE) but in best color scheme Zero offered on the FX line, and save thousands over a new one.

Feel free to PM me with questions and thanks for looking!

Excellent, thanks!

I weight 150 pounds, can someone suggest suspension settings for a rider of my weight? I like a slightly softer setup as much of my riding occurs in the city. I also ride frequently short distances with a passenger who weighs ~ 125 pounds.

I followed the suggestions in the manual, but I think the damping is off, because now the bike feels quite unpleasant over poor road surfaces where there are many small imperfections.

Thanks in advance!

Very happy to report that full charging capability and range have been restored. Bike is as good as new.

Okay, thanks. That OBC is different from the one I received for my FXS. I just completed this operation, by the way and I appreciate everyone's advice. I have virtually zero mechanical experience but I found my way through and the bike appears to be charging normally. Hopefully it charges to 100% and full range is restored.

On the FXS, I think you are supposed to remove the battery, although the service guide did not mention this, in the illustrations, the battery had been removed. I left mine in and it required working nuts, washers and bolts in a space I could barely get two fingers into, let alone a whole hand or a couple tools. Patience persevered.
