The battery was rebuilt by Best Hybrid Batteries out of Shorewood, IL. They would be able to offer more information and support if you want to contact them.

Well good news here, we got the battery rebuilt and the bike is working great.  Please let me know if you need any help with yours.

So I just bought the same 2012 Model X with a dead battery, and was wondering if you were able to get your battery working.
