I'm getting around 85 miles at comfortable highway speeds and in a normal riding posture (Madstad windscreen and deflector helped a lot w/ efficiency.) Way more than this for around town driving. I could send you over the BMS logs if you would like to take a look. A conservative guess would be 10-15% battery degradation. The battery has been well maintained through its life w/ me as the single owner:
-Full cycle at least 4 times throughout the year if not being driven regularly
-Always stored at 60% in a climate controlled garage. Never stored at high or low charge
-only ever charged to 100% if immediately being driven after charge reached & very rarely discharged below 5-10% unless fully cycling and if so right back on the charger
-Rarely utilized the full 9.9kw 1c charge rate that the double J1772 charger enables (only really needed it when on road trips and would trickle charge ~1.5KW for daily local driving.
#1 thing though is that the diginow supercharger was put on shortly after purchase. This charger creates a thermal barrier between charging inverters and the battery monolith which is way better for battery health than the oem charger. The stock charger roasts the battery monolith and increases battery degradation and dendrite formation.
lmk if you have further questions.

Anyhow I'm going to give the new touring seat a chance and if that fails, I'm going to work with a custom shop to figure something out.
