IS my SS9 battery failing? Only 3700km. Energica is not responding and my dealer says they are not standing behind the warranty and my SS9 was the last Energica they sold in 2019. I've tried reaching Energica calling, emailing, even messaging the CEO Livia. I was thinking of bringing to Israel, but if I can't get fixed it in London I doubt it'll be possible in Israel. How can I evaluate the battery for myself? Range was never even close to what they stated and after 2 laps at the track the battery is overheating. Appreciate any help. I feel like I threw close to €25,000 away and now I'm going to need to a solicitor to solve this.

Has anyone posted the PASSWORDS?  One of the former technicians shared logs which had a password.  It started with "thomas".  One garage here has cables (they want $250 to loan them to me) but they said they don't have the new passwords and the dealer changed mine after updating software.  I asked them not to update.

Seeking HELP from the wisdom of the crowd.  I purchased a ZF13.0 monolith battery for my SR after Zero refused to replace under it or the bikes 2ND defective charger under warranty.  Installation was simple enough, much easier to accomplish with two sets of hands.  Finished, yet not so fast.  Turn the SR on and the dash flashes several error codes relating to the controller 25 (contactor open warning), 48 (controller startup failed) and 49 (contactor open disable) and the same time 555 is appearing on the bottom line of the dash.  Wouldn't 666 be more appropriate?  While this is happening the contactor is clicking open and then closed, opened and closed continually.  Eventually gave up and decided to put the original battery back, but then it was doing the same.   Sure this is just some error that can be reset.  There's no throttle, the lights are on and if I turn the rear wheel theres a sound after several rotations.  Nothing else.  New dealer refuses to offer any guidance, but they're a horror story for many it seems.   Any assistance most appreciated.

I'm back in Dallas for the next couple months and thought I might find a good deal on an Energica to ship home.  For some reason I though Energica had a dealer here.  I wound up speaking with their SanFran office and was blown away by the offer.  A NEW 2017 EVA only $16100 or a NEW 2017 EGO only $17000!  Could someone explain?  I've been looking at north of $30,000 before VAT.  Energica's an European company how can they be priced 50% off here?  Spoke with Moto Corsa and these guys in Israel who sold my daughter her Zero, both said it's got to be a mistake.  Got the impression that both were going to be checking on it.  I imagine with MotoGP Energica is destined for bigger and better but a bit concerned that they're dumping their bike here.  Worse yet, their sales guy spoke of a new dealer in Austin who has the worst of reputations.  Want the EVA 107, good with either EGO or EVA, especially at this price.  You just can't beat the price, but something doesn't feel right.  Can anyone tell me if they'll service an US bike in the UK or Israel?  I brought my Norton back to London and they've been great, just not sure what EU law requires.
