Pics and Vids / Victory Empulse display freezing up

I live near San Jose and I have had my Empulse for almost 2 months and absolutely enjoy my rush hour commute now! I never thought I would say that, but after seeing all the other riders zipping between the stalled traffic, I thought why not? With reinforcing to my wife the life insurance policy we hold takes care of her, she took me to the nearest dealer.
Everything had been going as planned, go to work, charge it, ride home. Well for 6 days straight the display unit has frozen up every time, it can be at any speed or any number of miles.
Took it back to the dealer and explained what was happening and they said they were not able to replicate it and are not sure what to do.
Luckily I had taken a photo to show it in its locked up state and sent it to them to help further diagnose the problem. I will update this post as I get more info.
