I have a 2017 SR.  I've been riding for about 20 years now, owned a dozen different bikes and I've always ridden with my brights on during the day for safety.  My Zero dealer pointed out yesterday that my headlight is melted!  Anyone else seen this?

No, it has not been hot in the last month, high of 75.  I don't ride for more than about 20 miles at a time.

Happened to me too.  Firmware 15.  Took it to the dealer in March, they say they did all the necessary work and that the firmware version would update in the app shortly.  Two months later, Zero won't return support emails and the firmware version is still the same.  Gonna bring it into another dealer tomorrow and see what they say.

"They" have no idea what they are talking about.  Weight transfer means that 90% of your stopping power is in the front brake and the rear is quite easy to lock up in an emergency situation.  ABS helps but most bikes still don't come with ABS.  I only use the rear in low-traction situations like gravel.
