I'm sorry for the people in the US who have such issues, but makes me appreciate the Scandinavian consumer protection laws a whole lot more.
In the shop under warranty (first 5 years), then you would have the right to a loaner until it is fixed. More than 6 weeks of repairs starts to smell like full or partial refund, based on the age of the item in question.

Can i just plug in on a normal outlet (Europe 230V 10A, or seldom 16A) and the charger figures that out (like i did now, with no additional effort)? Or do i have to limit power via app every time i charge at home (95%) or only when i need more power via Type2-charging or other 16/32A plugs?
The reply I got to that question was:
"The units will take what ever the circuit will provide without busting the fuse but the new firmware currently being revised will allow you to control current draw also."

I've ordered a set of 3 chargers (v. 2.5) in a bottom pan from http://englishelectricmotorco.com/
So far, great communication with them. I'll report back once I get started on the install.

Alec has been very helpful on email, so I don't really have any reason to think they are anything but great -- but always good to ask around:)

Really interested in the same. My main use would be in that region.
80% 220V Schuko 10 or 16 AMP.
20% Type 2 Mennekes fast-chargers.
Having the ability to fast-charge while on the road, combined with slow overnight charge at home is my dream for a bottom-pan-installation.

On my 2017 DS, the app now says that my firmware is out of date, and I need to go see my dealer. Before the new app, I had the newest firmware. Makes me wonder if the app is a little buggy. I thought I was supposed to be able to update FW with the app?

I've seen the colour chart on zeromanual.com where it says the orange is US Paint Code AJ9156. But I'm unable to translate this into anything else, nor find any hits for the colour scheme online.
If anyone has a translation table, or reference to these colour, I would be a happy camper:)

I don't understand why they don't sync the clock when the smartphone connects though. Should be easy, and time on the smartphone is pretty accurate.
I've had my bike for a couple of months, and the clock is all ready almost 5 minutes fast.
