NOT at all true. IMPORTERS, DEALERS are constantly struggling to get ZERO to fix outright defective bikes.  AUTO ELECTRIC did not quarrel with ZERO.  Auto Electric politely asked ZERO to abide by the law and their warranty obligations.  ZERO telling a customer to bury a year old FX that BURST INTO FLAMES while being ridden is one of hundreds of examples.

Photos available.  There's also a ZERO that caught fire on Highway 1, batteries that alighted in a shed, 20+ motor failures and over 120 battery replacements... these are the results of DEFECTS, not "support" issues.

Not able to support the markets they're in. Customer repair times are often measured in months, sometime years. Customer was in our shop today asking for our help with a Zero SR they bought in April or May 2019 that was out-of-commission since late May 2019. Got to back and while on the way to annual test the bike shut down again and wont restart.  From what I understand its either bad software or controller... again.  We gave him the number of the lawyer handling the class action, but I think he's going to suit in the UK.

So I was able to start the dobal function, using the teraterm software (see attached text file).  Is dobal actually able to balance cells?  I told it to stop after a short while, since I wasn't sure about its capabilities.

What firmware version is on the pack/monolith?
Who provided LEVEL 3 password?

That's the point of AutoE's posts, to scare you.

Eccelerate seems to just kill bikes so I'm not sure how to judge that.  If their experience was more common we'd probably have alot more threads like this.

If you wish to be scared do your own research. Perhaps Crissa might explain why is it with less than 1000 annual sales in the lower 48, there are routinely over 25 Zero's to be found in salvage auctions?
Israelis rarely post as they lack English skills and many fear diminishing the value of their vehicles. 
FuN FaCTs the battery replacement rate in Israel is over 80%. The S/DS charger replacement rate in Israel is over 60%.

We had batteries with bad cell(s), cell tap issues, etc from under 1000miles.

need to watch the alignment and tension. release the throttle on any "jumps". is it a clean cut or a more jagged tear?

There was a whole investigation into this HUGE MARKUP by the Israel Competition Authority after a customer uncovered this.  I'll get some emails pulled next week. At some point we also found invoicing with a shipment of chargers we received from ZERO from the supplier; $200+/-.  Based on conversations with Aaron Cheatham, ZERO was/is paying much less. You can use a TCCon charger, Delta Q, DigiNow.  Follow whats "going on" with the SRS/SRF.  Knowing a little more I'd recommend not investing in a NEW ZERO... wait and see.

If you do something illegal in one state, you're going to be giving up your right to enter or do business in that state - even if that state can't reach you outside.  Doesn't change the legality of the action.
