@ericramos1990 - The painted colors looks significantly different in person than on a monitor. The yellow of the S and the red of the SR are a departure from the previous years' molded-in colors. To my eye, they both look for more refined/vibrant/premium. 2017 body kits will be sold separately as accessories and are compatible with 2013-newer Zeros. Check with your dealer.

I don't really care how premium the color is to be honest, I just want it to be in the color I personally want it in. (Black, yes I'm boring, yes it's harder to see, but I plan on wearing night viz stuff.)

Cool, how did you hear about the body kits? I hope the follow through with that, I did see a supposed 2017 black Zero S/SR on the Zero owners facebook group.

It would be nice if they just allow the customer to buy it with the color they want, instead of buying full price for a bike with a color they don't want, and then having to buy a new body kit. It would totally be worth it if they made a full fairing body kit tho

Was really hoping for a range improvement, but theres only a 5 mile range improvement with the power tank.

I was at least expecting new colors.. I want an S, but I hate that I'm going to be stuck with yellow... Do you think they will let me have an S with an SR color? I don't even want red either, but I'd much prefer it to yellow...

Wait really? Do you believe the windscreen will make a significant difference? I was looking at this post: http://electricmotorcycleforum.com/boards/index.php?topic=2358.0 and some people seem to agree. That would be so awesome if it were true, and I'd for sure buy one for the extra range.

The thing that makes it tricky for me is that I have to drive to people's houses, and I think it would be a little awkward is I ask them if I can plug in lol. But who knows, I don't even have far clients yet, I have yet to know, so maybe I'm just overthinking.

I can totally do with 10 hours, I sleep for most of those, so it's not really a big deal

My main concern is that what if my battery is at 5% on the way back home, what can I do to save my butt? I remember looking at another forum about getting a free charge somewhere, such as a library, but I can't seem to find it. But I'd love to hear what you guys would do in the situation where your battery is almost dead, where would be a good backup place to charge? (Or maybe even to freeload and get free electricity at a public place lol)

Me too! That would be the worst feeling in the world if that happened after just buying a 2016 model!

The Spanish (article) claim 3 times energy density, while the Chinese (video) claim a faster ~15 times charging rate. I'd be happy with either one.
