The charge indicator on the bike dash, is it blinking or solid on when you're fully charged?

The light on the dash is solid when 100% charged. Thanks for the help everyone.

Sorry, I'm talking about the BMS Flash Code Patterns (Charge Mode). Looking at the battery percentage on the dash display - it is at 40%. I plug the bike into the wall outlet. After approximately 6 hours the dash display will show 100% but the BMS flash code shows whats on the video. Never changes even after 4 or 5 days of leaving the bike plugged in. It use to show the 1 Red, 2 Green, 3 Green, 4 Green, On for 5 seconds then off for a second. According to the manual that means it's 100% charged. My flash code never changes always shows the same flashing lights

Talked to a Zero dealer, they said not to support the bike on the plastic pan, it could damage the chargers. So I use a bike stand under the swing arm for the back and ratchet straps around the handle bars for the front. Works perfect. Tires are off and being replaced by the bike shop.

Charging/Balancing Question:
When I’m charging my bike and it gets to 100%, the balancing lights show the batteries are not in balance. Do you keep the bike plugged in until it shows fully balanced?

Here is an option that I did on my 2016 SR for the Charge Level LED. Every time I charge my bike I remove the existing plug to check the LED lights to make sure it is fully charged and not balancing the cells.
This is a Rigid See-Through Plastic Plug from McMaster-Carr. I removed the snap mechanisms and added a little silicone around the outer edge and inserted it into the hole. Now I can see the status without removing the plug.

Sure would be nice if Zero had schematics available to the consumers/owners like my Honda does
