Yes LED Headlight for he FX

The only way to get a lower price is to sell more bikes and decrease cost to build. Get some good video Reviews on YouTube not like motorcycle.com and the others that say it's good enough and it's ok.  More videos of people's first reaction, those are awesome because we have all been there and can't help but smile.

I would like to start a thread or use one that is already up to see how the belts get broken but I am new to the whole forum thing.

I have only seen one good Description and it was a stick getting caught. 

I would like to see pictures of broken belts when they happen.  Show the stick in the belt or at least show the size of the stick.  Something.

I would like this to be mostly pictures so that people like me who are considering buying a bike can see if a belt is right for them.  The pictures will help show terrain weather conditions and the condition of the belt when it broke.

Can I use this thread to do that?

JUST HEARD BACK FROM THE MANUFACTURER - ZERO

Their Sales Rep told my Dealer that none of the FX series of bikes had the IPM motor.  I pointed out the website, owners manual, and brochures that all say the FXS and the FXP both have IPM motors. 

The dealer got in touch with some higher ups and verified that all of the advertising is correct and the Zero Reps were not trained and informed properly.  Apparently they don't read there own literature either.

They say that Off-Road riding does not usually overheat the SPM motor so they did not change it but they said that once they have used up all of the SPM motors that they have they will only be using the IPM motors even on the FX.

Here in Arizona I Guarantee that the SPM will overheat with my 300lb fat a** on it.  All summer it was over 110 degrees.

I am buying a gas bike because I will not wait until they pull their heads out of there a**.

They need to at least have it as an option for fat people who live in hot climates.

I really doubt that one could be produced and marketed for less than $400 in the small numbers that would be bought by Zero owners.   ???

I was about to buy an FX after the dealer told me that there was no difference in the motor.  I live in Arizona where it has not been below 110 degrees for a several months.  I test drove the FX and it started to overheat after only a couple miles of driving in the city. 

There is no way that this motor will be able to handle me off-road in the sand and 116 degree days. That is one of the reasons that I wanted one of these, they don't produce as much heat as my Raptor 700R so I can ride it in the hot summer.
