Great Commuter Bike!  I stopped working so I don't ride it much anymore.  I only used it for commuting to work and errands.  The original rear tire wore out, low miles on the Continental replacement.
Super Cheap to recharge, $2 to $4 depending on time, rates...

I forgot to include this very minor issue in the description. The speedometer back light has not worked for a while. No easy bulb to replace, the whole speedo unit must be replaced $$$ just to fix the backlight. It's only an issue at night.

To extend your range, I custom mounted the windscreen far forward to be able to get your head behind as long as you are not too tall (6 feet and under?).

The light on my 2014 speedometer is not working.  Anyone know how to fix it or have a cheap used speedometer?

Would it help for decoding to get the log from a  rider (me) that always hits the speed limiter and runs in thermal protection mode everyday on my commute?

I doubt they reduce aero drag.  They are for keeping the wind off your legs to stay warmer.

Just to qualify my comments, I graduated BS Aeronautical Engineering 1995.

What's the latest on the price?

I have oedered my EVSM-2 from soundracer. Kenneth the founder has been working on some improovement wich include the possibility to program over 30 different parameters and alsi to be able to program and switch on the fly the desired sound stored on a micro SD card.

I should receive it before there is snow here so i might be able to install and test it  before next spring

Doc, have you made any progress installing it?  The tricky part is the "Vehicle speed or RPM input  0‐5V analog signal. 0‐x Hz frequency signal".

I would love to get the Zero wiring diagram but my dealer and Zero don't/can't give more than the 12V aux connector location.

I was thinking of using a PWM modulated high powered compact horn, but my time to develop it is limited.  I would use a relay triggered by the high beam power, but powered by the aux circuit to control it.

The ectunes was actually tested on a Zero S, but I'm not sure if they a product to sell.  I emailed them to find out.
