Hello together,

after the german winter, which was not very cold, my fx 2013 will not start. I stored the batteries inside my flat and the fx was covered with a water resistant tarpaulin. When I plug in the first battery I get the following failure code (Contactor Error). It seems the relay is not working. When I plug in the second battery I can hear something clicking every 1 or 2 seconds, maybe the relay? Why is the clicking only appearing when plugging in the second battery? Neither with one or two batteries the fx will not start. The BMS LED of the battery is blinking green every few seconds, so it seems to be ok.

Any Idea to solve the problem without shipping the fx to the garage?

Where can I buy the relay?

The oil cooled motor sounds interesting.
Do you know the name of the german importer?
If I have some time I will check the cooling situation of the motor.
Maybe there is some potential for optimizing the air flow.

Has anyone problems with overheating motor with the FX 2014?
When I'm driving with my bike at temperatures about 30°C/86°F the motor is overheating after a few kilometers which means the temperature is over 70°C/158°F and the controller reduces the power.
When I'm driving fast the temperature goes over 100°C/212°F and the power is greatly reduced, maybe only 1/3 from full power.

Do you have similar experiences?

Which temperatures do you have when you are driving slow/normal/fast?

I added 2 attachments with a picture of the poka yoke of the original Zero connector and the connector from the drawing.

The black connector can handle voltage up to 80V the brown up to 96V.
The model is SBS75XBRN. In addition to the housing you have to buy the connector pins 1339g2-bk and the auxilay pins PM16P12S30 and the socket PM16S12S32.

The only thing I dont understand is the "poka yoke", because it looks a bit different than in the drawing.
