Hi,

I tried searching but it seems this hasn't been discussed since around 2018.  I have a Tesla wall connector (gen 2 I think).  I tried the Lectron Tesla -> J1772 adapter, but it wouldn't charge.  Red blinking light comes on in the motorcycle dash, and solid red light on the wall connector.

Lectron support suggested plugging into the adapter to the wall connector, and waiting 30 seconds before plugging into the 'car', but that made no difference either.

Permanent magnets start to demagnetise at something like 85c (185f) causing permanent damage. I'm not sure what temperatures the magnets zero uses in their motors can tolerate. I wouldn't trust their systems too much though. They have already proven they don't know what they are doing with their batteries e.g.. their charging recommendation to always keep it at 100%. They have finally corrected that per the large thread in this forum..

How tall are you?  I'm 6'3 and looking at this as well, but I'm super confused by their dimensions.  The mra site says its 450mm (17.7").  Is that just the screen itself, or does it include the extra height from the spoiler?

Which mounts did you get with it?  I wonder of the Zero mount would fit.

FYI I contacted zero for the dimensions of the screen and got the following response:

"The new Touring Screen (10--8058) is 17" x 17" with a bottom taper of 4".  The spoiler is 12" x 3 1/2".  It's smaller than your current screen but the air foil is supposed to push the air up and over you.  It's also adjustable."

I'm currently using the screen from China (http://www.ebay.com/itm/231923751389) but since I'm 6'3" its not quite tall enough.  Its still hard to compare them since one has the spoiler, also they are mounted differently so that could affect the height as well.

Could someone with the touring screen measure from the top of the spoiler to some fixed location?  Maybe the headlight, or whatever makes sense?

Selling 3 Quick Chargers for 2012 or older (72v) bikes.

One is like-new condition - $200 USD
Two that are beaten up, but work perfectly - $100 USD each

Or buy all 3 & the y adapter for $350

I am in Canada/Ontario.  Will make some photos on the weekend.

Nice!  How is it attached?  Just wondering if it can maybe be removed easily to test the Wh/mi with vs without it.

Just saw this one the zero site.

Tried searching here for opinions about it, but didn't find anything.  Anyone have it?  How does it impact range?  Some pictures would be nice too.  The small photo on the Zero site doesn't give you much of an idea of what it really looks like.
