So I went to my dealer to ask if he could make a test fit for me but no, changing the sprocket is too involving and they won't do it on their demo bike. He told me that it may work and he will ask confirmation from Zero but even if they say no I would not fully trust the answer.

Dealer also told me rear wheel is the same, even if tires are different. After checking this is not true as the DSR/X wheel is 4.5" wide and the SR/S wheel is 5.5".

But I took some measurements :

SR/S
Center distance: 520 mm
Distance between two rear sprocket bolts: 143 mm
Center distance between two rear sprocket bolts: 158 mm
False diameter (not by circle center but aligned with two bolts): 310 mm

DSR/X
Center distance: 515 mm
Distance between two rear sprocket bolts: 14.1
Center distance between two rear sprocket bolts: 158 mm
False diameter: 315 mm

So I am 99% convinced that the front and rear pulleys can be mounted. But there's still the question of alignement.

Looking at part catalog, there is no reference for the swingarm for the DSR/X, this may indicate that it is the same as for SR/S and SR/F and if it is the same, the alignment has to be the same regarding how the motor is mounted and the rear pulley have to fit.

Regarding the clearance between swingarm and pulley it is about 4.5mm, which is not enough to offset the pulley by 5 mm but the flange on the SR/S is 4.5 mm thick, it looks like it is thinner on the DSR/X. If they manage to reduce it to 2 mm, it would leave 2 mm of clearance with the swingarm, that would be the bare minimum !

I'll try do some more measurements on the DSR/X next week regarding the swingarm clearance, if the theory is confirmed, I will need to find someone who is willing to let me test his DSR/X rear pulley on my bike. I think swapping only rear pulley (keeping stock front pulley and belt of SR/S) will be enough to know if the conversion is possible or not.

I broke my belt, again. 31000km and I am going to fit the 4th belt for this bike.

I am now seriously thinking of a DSR/X belt conversion. I tried the DSR/X two time and although I prefer my SR/S, I really loved how the belt behave. So much quieter, less vibrations, and feels so much solid. also its 25% larger so probably 25% more resistant, in addition to the front sprocket being 22T instead of 20T, that probably also helps for sturdiness. 

Anyway I'll go tomorrow to my dealer to buy a new belt (again) and I'll ask how much he will ask to make a fitting test of their DSR/X belt / sprockets to my SR/S (or their demo SR/F).

I am pretty confident that the front sprocket fits, the belt is exactly the same length but I don't really know for the rear sprocket. There may aslo be issues with alignment, I guess we'll see.

When putting on charge today I was at 75% SOC while 109V so 60% for 107V looks probable, I will test tomorrow or next week.

I am planning to put four Eltek flatpack2 HE in addition to the onboard charger that occurs to be also an Eltek but a different model. The Eltek flatpack2 HE have a nominal voltage of 53.5V and require modding to go to 57.5V. There is a mod for the non HE models that -may- work on the HE but I am not really sure. 60% SOC is definitely not enough for a "fast charge" so I will not buy the PSUs before being sure that I can change the voltage.

Hi Doc,

I am thinking of putting 4 Eltek 2s2p to charge faster my Brammo Empulse R. Do you think that the stock 53.5v so 107v  in series to charge the batteries enough and let the onboard charger finish the job while charger effectively faster. I have no idea of what is the SOC at107v.
This setup would be added to the onboard 3kw charger so it would charge to around 10kw.

What do you think of this solution? Is there any risks?
