I know this is an old tread, but maybe someone still have a lower Seat.
I have a 2012 xu and would like a lower Seat if it is affordable. I wrote Corbin, but They told me They did not have any.
I am from around Montreal, Canada

I have the 2-4 flashing code too on my 2012 xu lsm since monday. Does not move anymore. Zero tells me to go to the dealer. I have a bad fealing about the dealer too, and it is a long way from home. I read somebody changed the bms themself, and /or did the reset and solved the problem.
