I just got my bike back from California. It was there all almost all winter (3 months) getting the monolith replaced to the 12.5kw. Perhaps Zero is speeding up the process but if you guys are planning to do it, I would prepare for a longer wait.
I recently purchased a 2013 Zero DS a month ago and already have an issue that won't allow me to drive it. I parked the bike at a hardware store only to come out to have the bike throw a code 41 which according to the manual is a temperature sensor error. Because of this the throttle is cut out completely . I ended up having to walk the bike back home 2 miles...Sigh
Are there any easy fixes to this problem? Also, I read somewhere that it may be a stuck contactor. So the question would be, where is the contactor (sorry for my ignorance)? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!
