I found the BMS reset. it was 8 bolts 

The red led is bliking. When I presse sw1. The green led 1 turns on and green led 2 is bliking for some time before the red led start bliking again.
It did not solve the error 31 or 58.

Can somebody help me with my Zero SR/F 2019.

I always store my bike in a heated basement over winter ~4 month and have not have problem with that before. But this year nothing happened when I turned the key.

I found the first problem, the  small 12V LiFePO4 under the seat was down to ~2V. I changed the battery using a CteK LiFePO4 12V changer.
when I connected the battery (now at ~13V) the bike was starting up, but

• it show Error 27, 28, 31 and 58 in the display.
• Nothing happens if I try to connect the Type2 charger for the main battery
• I cannot hear the "main relay" click I turn the key.
• If I leave the bike on it is shutting down after ~1min.
• I can clear the errors but they just come again next time I start the bike

I have tried to do a "hard reset" by unpluging the 2 connectors to the MBB. That did not solve the problem.

I have connected a serial/UART to the OBD port. It give me this log when I start.

Do somebody have an idear of why my Zero SR/F is not working and what I can do about it?

My Zero have now bin at the dealer for repair. The throttle control handle have been replaced. Looks like it was error. All power is back to normal.

I followed the throttle control cable to a connector below the "tank" with 3 wires (see picture). It seems to be fine. I can measure a change in resistance when I turn the throttle control, but it is not linear. I will guess that it is a digital connection and not analog.
I assemble all again with same result. My bike was still slow. I call my dealer for a time that they can look at it. But off cause next time I ride my bike after taking with the dealer was the power back to normal and my bike was fast again for no reason. It lasted for 3 rides (3x45km) and now it is back to being slow.

I still have time at my dealer next week. Hobe they can find a fix.

I have tried to read the motor log out with Bluetooth with my iPad, but it keeps losing connection during readout. Is there a way to keep the Bluetooth connection stable?

The battery was charge to 90% at the time I started driving home. This morning after a full night of charging to 100% was it the some. Very slow acceration in all modes.

When I turn the key does is shows a list of error codes:
0025
0048
0049
0000

Is there translation list for knowing what it indicate? I expect it to be normal now that it ending with showing 0000. It do not shows any error coding during driving.

I tested the 2 High voltage fuses below the seat (see pictures). Both have a low resistance of 10 Ohm, that I will expect to be normal. I also tested the 12V fuses and found no fault.

I will take a look at the throttle later today. Is the other end of the wires from throttle easy to find?

Hi. My 2014 Zero SR was very slow today and is missing power. The bike was driving normal on my way to work, but when I was to drive home in the afternoon was the bike very slow, it did not accelerate like normal, almost like it did not responet when I turned the handel.
In sports mode is 0-100km/h (0-60mph) like 12-14 sec. and the abosolut top speed is 120km/h (75mph). In eco mode is the bike even more slow. In sports mode when turned the handel to max was there no more then 4 bars on the power meter og 3 bars on the torque meter.
I have tried the turn off and on the iginision switch several times, but nothing changed. Tried switching betweem the 3 modes still no improvment. There is normal resistance when I manual rotate the wheels.
Have somebody tried this type of error, know a solution or something I can try to fix or debug the missing power error?

how do adjust / calibrate the speedometer on a 2014 Zero?

fx how is it adjust after mounted a gearing kit?
