They are on eBay for $250
4.It seems from an energy standpoint that LED headlights make a lot more sense. Anyone done the conversion on a FX? I saw something for the streetbikes on this forum.
5.If i installed a headlight switch to turn them completely off (offroad), would this void the warranty?
You may not have looked while you had the headlight off, but did you see if it would be possible to drill another hole in the flange, or otherwise make the fork lock work on the right side as well? I remember the fork lock on my previous bikes were just a pin that went through a hole in a flange to lock the fork in place.I don't remember a pin and I might be completely wrong but I don't think it could be modified to lock on the right side without some serious metal work. Here's a picture showing where the lock was refusing to extend past the ridge when cranked to the left.

Hi ReeveSteves,
The ZF2.8 Power Pack Module used on the 2014 Zero FX and in the Z-Force Power Tank is approximately 9.5 x 7.5 x 9.75in (HxWxL). The main body of the Quick Charger is approximately 4.5 x 8.5 x 10 in. Personally, I would be concerned about heat dissipation of the Quick Charger and the routing of the power cables within that tank assembly. Stay safe. Most DIY solutions I have seen have these mounted on a top rack assembly.
