THE ISRAEL DEALER HAS REPLACED NEARLY ALL BATTERIES ON BIKES OVER 30,000 MILES.  THIS WAS DONE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE 2 SENIOR TECHS AT ZERO.  REMEMBER ZERO'S MARKETING?  200,000 MILES... 300,000 MILES BATTERY LIFE TO 80%.  YEAH.  NOT EXACTLY THE EXPERIENCE HERE, BUT I GUESS THE BET IS WHO ACTUALLY RIDES A ZERO MORE THAN A FEW THOUSAND MILES.  PM ME FOR INFORMATION ON THE ZERO MOTORCYCLES CLASS ACTION, FOR MOST THERE'S A TREBLE DAMAGES PROVISION!

That is NOT the correct file. There are hundreds of NMC "chemistries". Do not trust Zero packaging or labeling if getting a crated bike from the factory. Our experience has been horrendous and the likely subject of an OSHA investigation. You are liable to be hit with a massive fine if you cut corners or do this wrong. Buy an EVOKE, manufactured locally to a higher safety standard.

The Israel dealer has Fastace (used & new), Showa 2015+, Fox RC2 and a few customs. PM for more details

Zero appears to have a business model of grossly marking up a poorly deigned charger meant to fail.

Zero Motorcycles are crash prone due to a number of reasons, not the least of which is piss-poor dealer training and bad design.  There's also rider error. The statistics we've been shown suggest exponentially greater risk on a Zero as compared to a conventional petrol bike.  Just search for Zeros on auction site and run the numbers against actual sales <1000 annually.

Wow, it's not even close.

Perhaps their test dummy weighed 95 pounds soaking wet.

OR the Zero Motorcycles marketing could be an outright fraud...?

3.15A is the battery fuse not the MBB. The MBB fuse rarely "works", its about 50/50.  Your 2013 so have a "new" "upgraded" battery, typically 2015MY

Zero Motorcycles supporting BDS? certainly seems so.
Israel was Zero Motorcycles #1 market for a while.  Then new senior management at Zero Motorcycles Inc began refusing orders for Israel government, delayed/stalled/deferred when not refusing dealer/distributor/customer orders for years, for over 1 year have refused to sell ANY motorcycles to Israel and now for 7 months now have REFUSED to service and/or provide any warranty support for Zero Motorcycles in Israel. This is BDS right?  The generally illegal Boycott Divestment and Sanction of Israel.

There are more than a few people who can send a hack file, reprogram or disable.  I understand the Israel dealership has decided to distribute all user passwords and all firmware updates since 2013.  It's apparently on line now behind a paywall. I'm told there's also a detailed overview of numerous defects they reported that have not been addressed, there with the hope that those who have experienced unknown and unexplained events, especially those resulting in injury, will better understand what likely occurred and be enabled to take action, legal or otherwise. There will likely be a press release when the site launches.

Yes, this would sell.  Will sell?  Congrats to Bruno Forcella of Sinecycles on an elegant chopper using Zero Motorcycles cutting edge powertrain tech.

Buy Sell Trade / New 2013 ZERO S 11.4 and ZERO DS 11.4 FOR SALE
« on: May 14, 2014, 12:06:51 PM »
AutoElectric launched Zero Motorcycles in Israel recently but did not homologate for 2013.  In other words, our 2013 Zero Motorcycles imported for display/demonstration cannot be licensed or sold in Israel.  So we've a "new" 2013 ZERO S 11.4 (black) and a "new" 2013 ZERO DS 11.4 (green).  Under 200km. Open to offers. Full EC WVTA and certificates of compliance for Europe.  Should also be no problem in the Americas. Will arrange shipment to you if needed!

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / Re: Zeros will never be stolen
« on: April 26, 2014, 01:05:10 PM »
We've found several potential solutions, the question being how much dis-assembly is warranted to theft-proof the bikes.  Not as simple as clipping the battery wire, not on a Zero.  Anyone lifts or attempts to move our bikes we've immediate alerts with Google Maps tracking.  Ideally a micro-GPS w/GSM might be integrated into the battery pack(s).  No shorting them to steal the bike.

found it online - June 2014

You sure this is in the MAY 2014 issue.  Overseas, just received, not found one mention of ZERO and page 52 is an article titled Class Warfare.
