I got orders for Germany and cannot being my 2010 DS with me. It still holds a good charge, gets about 25-30 miles per charge at highway speeds. It’s a blast, lightweight, knobby tires and comes with a low Corbin seat, in addition to the standard seat.
Only reason I am selling is because it will not survive weeks on a boat to get to Germany. Pickup only in Olympia, WA

Most of my riding is around 35-45 and I have gotten 30 with a couple of bars left. And that's with knobby's.

I'm apparently deploying to Afghanistan in June for a year and considering parting with my Zero DS, rather than have it sit idle on the charger. Probably get an FX when I get back
Really good condition, upgraded fuse holder, Corbin low seat, and about 1100 miles.
Got this bike from Trikester last year and it's a great commuter/trail bike. Live between Tacoma and Olympia. Thinking about $2200? Let me know if there's any interest out there

Thanks for all of the fast responses. Will try tonight when I get home. Do I unscrew both bolts on the top clamp first and give the handlebar a twist or will it need all three for sure? Bike slipping down fork would suck.

Tech Help / Steering out of alignment

Was headed home a few days ago and in the middle of the roundabout the person in front of me slammed on their brakes FOR NO REASON!!! 
. Followed suit with a panic stop and went flying head over heels. It's ok, the other driver took off in a hurry.
Anyway, am perfectly fine (I always wear all my gear, though my hip has a nice bruise) but the steering is out of alignment.
I don't own a motorcycle stand and am not quite sure what it means to" loosen the triple fork bolts". Wondering if anyone knew someone around Olympia/Tacoma area who wouldn't mind doing a driveway repair for about $40.

I've been unable to find a reasonably priced mount anywhere. In the interim, I'm planning to attach the bow to my backpack for deer hunting. However, if anyone finds something for a shotgun, that would be particularly helpful, especially for bird season.
I figure hauling the deer is actually the least of the problems. I can use the bike and a rope to haul it out of the woods, quarter it in the field and stuff it all into a duffel bag. It's only about 7-10 miles from home to my deer hunting areas.

I'm prepping the 2010 DS for the fall hunting season. The fact it's pretty silent will help quite a bit and it's got some pretty good off-road credentials.
One problem: I need to mount my shotgun or bow to the rear (I hunt on base and slinging it isn't an option).
Does anyone know of a rack, scabbard, or holster that will fut the DS?

Thought I would update this, real quick.
Being electrically illiterate, I found a local electric repair shop and convinced them to do a quick fix. Instead of circuit breakers, I opted for top of the line fuse holders and new connections.
It's been over a month and it's holding together well. On the plus side, even though the battery was unplugged for close to two weeks, i haven't noticed any drop in power or range.
I also took a bunch of notes on taking out and reinstalling the battery (a bitch to do) and will post some tips later on.

So I managed to get the battery out today. If you can see the fuse holder melted and snapped at the base. I'm considering just putting another one in because I'm not technologically savvy.
How har is it to do the circuit breaker? It seems like a better fix.

Also, rather than lift the bike, I used a couple of ratchets to gradually lower it to the ground. It was pretty fast an I think I can so the same thing to lift it. The benefit is I just used the bike frame to lower it without any pulleys or anything.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if there's a tutorial or thread on taking the battery out and cracking it open? I've never done it and always like to see how it's done first, so I don't screw it up too bad.

It turns out the fuse was melted to the receiver . Zero advised me to use a pair of tweezers to get it out. In the process the ceramic fuse broke, which they said might happen. However...
In the process of getting out the melted half, I must have knocked the receiver loose from its mount, because I heard a dropping sound in the battery box and now the replacement fuse is WAY deep!
The dealer is swamped and can't get me in for several weeks. By then, I fear the battery will have bricked. So question: How hard is it to open the battery and reattach the fuse receiver?
Any help would be appreciated.

I have been unable to find a local fuse anywhere and will need to order one. For you electrical geniuses, I have a question:
Would it be ok I use a 20 amp fuse instead of the 25 for a short duration? I have no idea what would occur.

I managed to make it home on "fumes" and immediately found the manual where it informed me that it is a 25 amp fuse.
Still a blast to ride and gave me a new form of adventure riding.
Are there any tricks to replacing this, for those with experience? It's a very tight fit, will I need to take out the battery?
