Anyone know if it's possible to finance a pre-order so that the purchase occurs in 2013? Losing the federal and state tax credits in 2014 significantly affects my decision to buy an e-bike. I can't pay $17k for a bike, regardless of features or efficiency. $13k is my upper limit.
