All good advice! Thanks! I am eager to begin the planning phase! Riding is fun too! Anyone else notice the buzzing noise from the front brake..it really is strange.

Hi gang!
I just wanted to introduce myself and my bike. I just picked up a 2011 Zero S in pristine condition ..until I go after its components that is ::) The bike runs great and gave me 34 miles at 60-63mph freeway all the way with no trouble at all in 120 miles so far other than a weird buzzing when applying the front brake. It has 800 miles total now.
My background is in computers and airplane building. I use to be into rc cars and the zero seems very similar in nature. Yes, I could have gotten a newer one, but this one seems very friendly to upgrading and I love to tinker. Plus the price was right! First step, enjoy as it is for what is left of our short Minnesota season. I'm sure you Canadians know how I feel! Next will be to plan the buildup. Hopefully you won't mind if I ask a few questions in the forum. I am open to any and all buildup ideas!!
