Even if you don't stay at RV parks, many of them are friendly to EV motorcyclists, though some have been burned by Teslas drivers and may have silly policies like $20 regardless of amount of usage etc.
One strategy is to ride up to an empty space, plug in the NEMA 14-50 and then wander over to the office, say hi, tell them you'd like to use 5 kwh of electricity or whatever, retail value like 50c or $1.00 but that you'd happily pay them double or triple, or have a nice meal at their restaurant, or buy an adapter or a snack or a beverage or something. If they want to overcharge you for the electricity, you can say OK then, I'll just use your restroom and be on my way, and you'll have gotten a half hour of charging by the time you are done. If you have a 1C charging setup, you are half full.

Just got fresh firmware installed on my 2014 Zero SR.
My bike refused to charge with the onboard charger, it would open the contactor.
Now it charges with the key off, with the onboard charger again!

How is it holding up? I'm more into the scooter format than the legal outside at her metal format myself these days, so I'm thinking I could get one of these. I see old vectrix for sale but a brushed DC is a dead end IMHO.

19" x 9" x 13" (long by wide by tall) for the 4.4kwh aka 3.9kwh 2011 Zero S.
Larger capacities will of course be larger, and of course they may have changed the dimensions on other models and years.
((Anybody want to buy a 2011 Zero S? It'll go 20 miles at freeway speeds reliably and I've gone 35 miles driving slow and mellow with minimal braking. Has a BMW luftmeister fairing on it at the moment, and more upright bars. And a Corbin seat. Suitable for average to tall male or tall female. It's in San Francisco.))

Good choice. I made the mistake of buying a 2011 Zero S with < 400 miles on the odometer for $5K USD. It never came close to making the advertised range. To go the distance I bought it to do, about 20% below the advertised range, I have to stop and charge for 40 minutes somewhere along the route. And that's with keeping the speed to 35-45mph. Supposedly the bike is under warranty through this month but the local dealer and Zero refuse to do anything about it. Sure with I'd gotten on this forum first.

I would have used them... there are some at McDonalds on my commute, and I do need that 1/2 kwh boost to make it all the way home... but they are J1772 only and my 2011 Zero S takes only 110VAC :-( Not happy about Zero either, but that's another topic...
