Just curiosity from my point of view, is it possible to make my 2011 mx bike regenerative under braking?

I thought I had on a 2011 mx, but is was the chain that was making the noise

I own a 2011 zero mx and I drove quite happily for the last 1500 km but I'm noticing that the capacity is a bit lacking....
sure the weather is cold +5 degrees Celsius but today had had to push the last meters with one bar showing on the "fuel"
gauge.... so my question is, is it possible to check the capacity of the battery and if needed to buy en replace the cells?

Well after a few more looks it seems to be the chain  :-[ so I lubed it en it was fine again I thought but the noise return t today and I noticed that their was again a lot a slag in the chain so I think it time to readjust the chain again that's the second time in 500 miles witch I thought that's it's quite a lot...  :-\

Uh I think that my bearings are failing on the electric motor. theirs a typical sound of the motor like in this movie. I heard from the first owner that he cleaned the bike with a steam cleaner so I think that's where the damage is from.... does any one else had this particular problem?

here's the link mine is'end that bad but it's getting worse...

I don't get any reaction... does some one else have a way to contact the seller? Cause I want a piece of body to ( the bit that covers the charger on the xu )

Yes it's an 2011 year model :)

I get 2 battery's with it, so that doubles my range. Now I want to make some sort of rack to fit the second battery on the back so I can go twice as far.

mine is geard to go 50 mp/h before I bought it it was geared as an true mx.

Hello,

Do you have an picture of the rear rack for the zero S? and does it fit an zero x with slight modifications?

Greetings

well well, I had my first zero ride this afternoon. I tried 2 version of the dealer, one mx (street legal 2011) and one ds ( first year I guess) and what a experience. the mx was geared so low that it wound't go faster then 60 kp/h with quite aggressive off road tires so it wouldn't handle on the street. So he let me try his ds, and just outside the village it ran out of juice ( not nice). So within 2 weeks I have an other appointment with the dealer to try the mx geared to 80 kp/h with street tires and a full charge. Further I had a chat with the dealer, and he says the mx has an upgraded battery. The fist one wan't closed on top and this one is. how much kw/h does it contain? and is it an upgrade? I'm planning to buy the mx so that's why I want to know it.

Kind regards
