I have not had a problem contacting them, In fact I just had my Vectrix upgraded to the LiFePO4 42AH batteries (about $3,600 but worth every penny).
I e-mailed the Sales and Service addresses on the website with a question and got a response from Chris Clarke (cclarke@vectrix.com) and he helped me get my Vectrix shipped to MA, Get it upgraded, and get the problems I had fixed, as well as replace the front and rear tire. They are good guys!
