i may be partial but I have had a Zero X Extreme and now have a S. The S comes in an awesome wooden crate delivered right to your door. You pop off 1/2 dozen clips on the bottom and the whole thing lifts off, a ramp swings down, you take off 4 really nice straps and you ride off. The quality is second to none. They have notified me of the recalls and offer any help they can give.
The only gripe I have is getting bikes! They are working on it and by spring bikes will be readily available.
Mine are demo bikes so I have not thrashed them too badly. I do ride aggressive and have not had anything fail or break.

I have had my S for a couple weeks now and have to say, it is awesome. I have been alloted 2 Zero S models to be delivered in November so if anyone is ready to buy, this is a great opportunity. Everyone else will be waiting until March or April. If anyone is interested in a demo ride please contact me.

Good news,
The Veggie Van bike was recovered but a little beat up.
Better news,
I finally got my S last week and met up with the Veggie Van Saturday for the Chicago premiers. We all had a great time. My bike is available for demo rides so if anyone is interested, please contact me.
