How is that any different than the existing TeslaTap mini? It's not like it can convert the DC Power from a Supercharger to the AC required by the SR/S. Is there something special about the SR/S we don't know about?
No, it would not be much different than using the TeslaTap adapter except that waiting for the bypass to operate (up to 30 seconds on Gen II Wall Connectors and Destination Chargers) would be automatic.
When you plug in the Tesla Charging handle you will hear a beep to inform you that it is inserted correctly and then beep again once the bypass circuit has completed its operation and starts passing voltage to the bike.
I am also working on a DC charging system for the ZERO but it is a very large endeavor and still quite a while out.
