Tech Help / stuck in "park" mode

i noticed after leaving the motorcycle ON standing for a while it sometimes get stuck in PARK MODe , so pushing the P button wont do anything, will not go intro RIDE (rebooting helps)
i heard its a known issue , maybe w cheaper bikes or for now the super soco ? and evidently it gets worse over months or yrs
i do have the ROBBO SPIDER which is similar/same to RAY (china) or URBET GARDIO 125cc (spain) all made in china
anybody heard about this issue ? what did you do to fix it ?
on youtube (super soco park mode fix) a video where somebody just cut the wires and disconnect it from the electric circuit .... would you say the RAY/ ROBBO SPIDER / GARDIOT URBET is the same way ?
would you say you could fix it with basic know how or give it to random repair place .... or is a dedicated specific service place needed
