Replacement parts fitted.  These days, you just can't expect to get new stock for anything - all are copies that "fit", but are not OEM.  Maybe it's just that I'm a cheap bastard, but more likely, I don't have a dealer and therefore use online resources.  For instance, the "Brembo" brake lever I just got.  Another looks-good-at-5' recreation.  I was however able to use the bushings, plunger, adjustment knob from the original, so all is well.

As for my steering...A couple of my off-road riding friends heard my description of "bent" handlebar.  The handlebar ain't bent. They told me of their technique of standing in front of the bike with the front wheel between their legs, and twisting the handlebars sharply, to correct a tweaked fork.  I got some improvement, and I hope more now that I did that twisting with the rear wheel in a stand and the lower triple tree bolts and axle securing bolts loosened.  Test ride tomorrow.

Okay, I don't mind opening myself up to ridicule if someone else gets a laugh at my expense.  If I learn something in the process all the better.

Searching the forum, years ago there was a thread about electromagnetic radiation and electric motorcycles.  Around the same time, there was talk about voltage regulators under the seats of many bikes possibly being a cancer concern.  Now, I am not a doomsday prepper or anti-vaxxer or any other currently popular category of fringe.  However, after taking all the body panels off my Experia to see what was misaligned after my tip-over, I had to say HMMMMM at all the cables and electronic components right under my private parts, even though all the legit science says not to worry.

Some research pointed me to Faraday fabric, that, in certain applications, can shield one's self or devices from this speculatively harmful radiation.  Understood is that with our motorcycle's electronic components, we are at the low end of the energetic spectrum, not the high end like microwaves, etc, with a equally low chance of adversarial effects.

So, at $12 per yard, what could it hurt if I cover (using as an adhesive a 3M two-sided scrim tape) the bottom of my seat pans with this Faraday fabric?  At worst, I'm wasting my time.  I will never know if I prevented my death by radiation from the many other ways of offing myself.  An added benefit is this stuff would make a bang-up suit or Halloween costume!  Except...it's flammable.

I agree 100% with Aaron, having just went through trying to pick up my Experia.  I have had to pick up other motorcycles a number of times, and that with the education of BMW's Offroad Riding School making the task straightforward if not easy.  Uphill, downhill, bags, no bags, crash bars or not - success.  After a futile 10 minutes, I went and got help.

The Experia weight distribution is up higher, and with the Givi Bags (and no crash bars), the front end was naturally tipped downward, the seat therefore near the ground, making it impossible for me to get my butt in the right position on the seat to start the backward lift.  Lifting by the handlebar was equally futile.

By the way, "right now there are no spare fairings for the Experia", according to Cali.  No touch-up paint either.  Speaking of touch-up paint, early on, I asked Energica for the paint formula for Bormio Ice, as I thought it would look great to have the bags be the same silver color.  My local paint supplier told me that one component of the formula was not available in the US, so a match was impossible.  I might try again...it's only a little scratch, but pretty visible.

My brake lever is on its way.  It is the same Brembo unit/lever as on the Duc 1098, according to Cali.  As for the "guaranteed Aprilia" turn signals, well the finest print I didn't read until now says C   H   I   N  A.  All in all, an ok copy from 5' away, but lots of trimming of injection mold flash, and slightly different design.  The good part is that with a little of the aforementioned trimming, I was able to use all the non-broken original parts (like the better quality sockets and bulbs) with the Chinese parts. +/- $20 got me two.  Just be mindful of where the drain holes are - the left and right are not substitutable.
