Energica / Re: What's your max. power on an Eva?
« on: July 17, 2024, 01:33:00 AM »

I was comparing some specs to the RS (the old RS, but it's still similar), and all the marketing around the RS version is very shady.

Did anyone ever put a 15 tooth sprocket on their non-RS bike?
For me it is not shady, but clear like you say, a front sprocket, stickers and software.  And the software manly  to get the speedometer is adjusted to the other sprocket.

An 15 tooth sprocket one a non RS bike, will work, only the speedo will not read correctly.   Or less correctly than it already is.

Energica / Re: Eva rear wheel removal/install instructions?

Cannot find anything online about how to remove the rear wheel. Need to take it off to get a tire replaced. Does anyone have some pointers?
Sorry to say, but if you need an manual to do such a simple job, you should yourself if you could not better leave it so someone else, who knows what to do.

Energica / Re: Energica tool kit
« on: August 19, 2023, 04:11:05 PM »
I see a lot off tool on you list, almost everyone, I did never have to use in the 30K I have driven so far.
On hollyday's  I only use chainlube, if you at home adjust you chain, and it is in good condition you can run a lot of km's before you need to adjust it.  If in any case I need to adjust it, I look for a garage, even carworkshop will have those tools..

But I mis one important one, but I do not know if the experia has a small 300mA glass-fuse, but on the Ribelle that one sometimes gives up. And the bike is completely dead.

Another question,  are you all right with range anxiety, you seem to worry a lot.

Energica / Re: R&G Tail Tidy / Licence Plate Relocator
« on: July 15, 2023, 10:40:15 PM »
R&G offers an alternative to the OEM licence plate holder, but for the EGO.

AF1-Racing write on their website that the holder nevertheless might also fit an EsseEsse or Ribelle.

Can anyone confirm this? Thanks!
Ordered one last year,  stil did not get it.

Good Day recently took delivery on my Energica SS9 Plus.
I have an owner's manual where can I get a workshop manual?
PDF Download from somewhere?
Let me know and thanks

As far I know there is none unfortunately, it is all a big secret  ;)
I think you have to search harder.   I have one from an older Eva model (2020?).  Found it online or on facebook, do not know anymore.
But sorry, I am not going to share it here.

Energica / Re: Stupid Noob ? about the chain

Good stuff @jotjotde !

This video of a too loose chain outcome  ...  watch till the end.

This video it not about a lose chain,  but a chain braking... that is something completely deferent.

Lower motor RPM’s, perhaps closer to the motor’s most efficient point on the RPM range. .
I don't think this is an thing with an E-motor. Torgue is constant from 0 rpm.
But I am curious at the outcome of you test.

I’m about to have a 41T put on the rear as well but for the opposite reason as MoneyFor (nothing): eeking out a few extra miles of range and correcting the speedo. I’ll report back in a few weeks.
Why do you think there will be extra miles  :-\   the bike still has the same air- resistance when driving, that is the main force that the motor must overcome.   That does not change.  The electromotor does not really care if that is with a slightly lower rpm.
I think it is  wishful thinking that the rance will improve.

I have a pushbutton in stead of the lock.
I go to my dealer tomorrow,  I will ask him the details.

Why do you want that ? .. are you going to drive offroad?
For the cold they work well, keeps the wind and rain from your hands .    No all off us are only driving when the sun is out and the road is dry  8)
