Update here:
Tried to charge with key on - no results
Checked wires from charger - ok
Measured voltage on OBC output - not ok, ~20-3v

Now I'm looking for 116v charger to test a charge.
And actually there is a small spark while I'm connecting charging cable to a bike, but I guess it's normal.

Have you tried an external charger with the bike's key on? Such as a DeltaQ?  If so, what then happens?

Unfortunately I don't have any kind of Zero chargers available here.
Should it be only Zero-authorized charger or might be any with appropriate voltage?
And will it be enough just to connect + and - to charging port to start charge? (with the bike's key on)

I'm asking since there is some communication wires from on-board charger to bike, and I don't know what is it for))

Hi all, it's Andrii from SilentEnduro

Currently we got Zero DS for service with charging issue.
Actually it was not able to turn on a bike, but with help of FB and Reddit groups, I've managed to connect to BMS and read logs/errors.

So, as I can see from logs - bike simply doesn't see a charger:

Could you please help me to find solution for this?
