Thanks to Alex, I was able to do an interview with Ruslan Bedrik, CEO of EMGo about the current situation of the company, the bike itself and the planned distribution.

The interview has a German intro and is held in English. Captions in both languages are also available.

Enjoy!

minute 3:00  it is kind of loud.  Looks like the knees are above the frame tubes and would contact the fake tank not the metal tubes.  Looks like comfortable suspention as he sits and moves around.  The tail light hopefully will be part of the plate hanger in the next version.
It is quite noisy, due to the fact that you have to rev it up in order to get some torque. When I rode it, I was not able to put it into first gear. 2nd was lowest. In order to compensate this, I had to rev it a little more.
But it is by far not as loud as an ICE bike. I really loved to ride it. It was helluva fun!

I learned that with lower SOC, there is some deduction applied to the SOC that is displayed in the dash. I rode my bike to 0% and further, as there was still remaining range shown. Afterwards I pulled the logfiles. I was suprised to find, that while 0% SOC was displayed, the MBB log as well as the BMS log told me that the bikes battery‘s real SOC was at 3%.

So: Check your logfiles. There seems to be a security margin.
