Anybody have a list of changes/improvements between the two models?

The changes for 2020 are relatively minor. America gets the Black Forest version of the DSR that was previously available in Europe, Europe gets an 11kw A1 licence legal version of the FXS (no mention of the FX though), all bikes get new colours, and all bikes get the Cypher operating system and the Next Gen app (same as the SR/F) although I don't know what differences that actually brings. Other than that prices are also supposedly lower.

just a sticker changed, and the 2020 went up $500 MSRP

I do not think that the Cypher detail is actually notable. Zero seems to be labeling the existing MBB /etc software on S/DS and FX bikes as Cypher II, so I believe they're just retroactively branding the older platform.

I have a Zero FXS 2020. I think the first one from my dealer.
I have not owned any previous Zero, but from what I can tell on my own motorcycle and videos on YT, it looks identical. I think mine is basically the same as a 2019. One could hope they upgraded pieces parts though, like a more reliable version of the charger, but who knows.

Even 2017 or 2018 are very close, except for the battery size.
