I may have some interest. I currently own a 2017 FX (modular) that I enjoy for off road and some street riding but know the FXS is much better on the street. Maybe the seller or others can help me with the following question. Because your FXS is just one battery and not modular, I can't remove the battery easily like FX/FXS modular batteries to give my FX more battery power or vice versa? Is that correct?

You are correct. The battery is removable but it's not the modular setup.

I've been eyeing a 2016 FXS modular, but I like the added torque of the 2017. I think 2016 FX/FXS was 70 lbs of torque and the 2017 is 78 lbs?

Yep, the 2017 has 78 ft/lbs of torque.
I'm not sure what's involved with switching out the battery between the 2 bikes. Someone with more knowledge would need to answer that. All I know is the battery is removable on the 2017.

It looks like Rogo66 has the long brick bike which can't swap batteries like it sounds like you want to do. I don't see the center gap between the two modular batteries.
Still a good price for someone that the range that bike has works for.

Yes, that sounds right NEW2. I haven't actually pulled the batteries out of my FX, but I have that center piece that would prevent the 6.5 KW battery from being inserted. Likewise, I can see how my modular batteries wouldn't fit his FXS non-mod. Thanks!
I do agree it's a good buy for someone wanting an FXS. I have some interest but would have had more had this FXS been a modular bike, since I'm keeping my 2017 FX modular.

*EDIT* how hard is it to convert this from an FXS to an FX? Is it just a wheel swap or more to it than that? Are there aftermarket wheels or do I have to spend $600 at the dealer on brand new FX wheels?
