Title: Ridehax Podcast
Post by: grindz145 on April 06, 2019, 02:45:17 AM
Hey Guys, just started a podcast on the topic of electric two wheeled things. I recorded an episode with Harlan Flagg of holywood electrics. Let me know what you think, and more importantly what you would like to hear.

Thanks!

"Let me know what you think"

Podcast is inferior to text that I cam copy and paste into a read aloud type program.

So when Harley started selling Motorcycles in or around 1903  one went to a hardware store for fuel?

It says comment but then it says one must be logged in and I fail to see how to log in.  Probably be a harvest my information type of deal anyway.

I did make it about 2/3 of the way but just about turned it off in the first two minutes.

The start was a little shaky but once you relaxed it was good infotainment.

Harlan stole my "we don't carry an oil refinery on gas cars so why carry high priced chargers on EVs " but I forgive him.  ;)

Harlan has a great grasp of the big picture and the great potential of the electric platform to be all things superior to gas in the future.

Of course you'll have to post a link here for future casts since I can only check so many sources for EV info.

Good luck.

And to prove Harlan is right about Zero's being the best vehicle for a Zombie Apocalypse aka The Walking Dead, here is an original 2013 Zero DS from Hollywood Electrics beside an iconic shot form the season 5 opening credits.  For fans of the show yes it was still CLEAR.

Awesome! Harlan is a smart dude. I am sure that with a bit of time I'll loosen up a bit and improve the production value. That kind of happened naturally over time with the ebike nerdcast that I produced previously. I know it's not great yet, but without producing something I won't improve, so thanks for taking the time to give it a go.

I went to subscribe to it and there doesn't seem to be a feed.

That's how you get people to come back to a podcast, you get them to subscribe.  Otherwise, there's no habit, and where there's no habit...
