Title: App closing before sending the log, any idea how I can get them ?

I have a Samsung Note 9, and when i try to get the logs, i see a counter going from 1 to 99%, then the app closes.I updated the last version. Any idea how I can solve this ?

It happen also to me with my Note 8. The logs are saved on the internal memory on this path: "internal_memory\android\data\com.zeromotorcycles\files\".
It looks like the  zero motorcycles app crash when it try to open the  email client to send the logs, but at least the logs are  saved before  the  crash (if the  crash happen at the end of the  download).
