Hi all...been on this site for awhile looking at different models and seriously considering a Zero SR or DSR.
Love my current Tiger 800 but something about electric really has me curious. Haven't test rode any Zero's yet and plan on that in the next week or so. I did demo a Brammo when they were selling local and it was awesome.
BTW...have Been riding bikes over 30 years and just wanting something different and got the bug for electric
I'm in the Clearwater, FL area

Welcome aboard, taking a test ride is really the best way to see if they are right for you or not.
I have two at the moment and at my age and riding time (3 years) I'll never own a gas bike.
Easy effortless riding with no noise bothering people and the fun sport button when your feeling froggy.
Good luck!

Hi Dave, Dave here.
I just bought a used 2015 SR 12.5 (with a new 13 battery) from Haps Cycle in Sarasota. I used to ride a Triumph America in Nova Scotia, but now live in the Bahamas and have exported the Zero there. Not on the road here yet (it's not on the licensing database), but a sneaky test ride indicates something phenomenal. Of course, range is never an issue on a small Bahamian island. Service and repair will be, though. Fingers crossed.
Go see Dave and Steve at Haps...

One thing you’ll really like about the Zero vs. the Tiger is the Zero doesn’t fry your legs in warm weather. (I have a Tiger 800 and a 2018 Zero S 7.2).
