Note that they seem to be referring to the Zero power train and batteries used in their previous Zeus concept as being "obsolete battery and motor technology" and have now developed (or are they dreaming of developing?) "cutting-edge energy storage systems to balance power and range, we aim to deliver a range of 280 miles (450km), 145 foot-pounds of torque, and a 0 to 60 time of 2.1 seconds, all with a 140Kw motor.†And they plan to do that in their rather sparse chassis? ::) I can see that big motor being up to the task, but I have my doubts about the number of batteries being able to be stuffed into the remaining portion of the chassis reaching a 280 mile range. ???

Can a bike do 0-60 in 2.1 without a wheelie bar? I doubt it. When Tesla said the new roadster could do same Car & Driver said that 2 sec is the theoretical limit of road tire traction.
