I guess you have to be of a certain age to really appreciate the design of this Czechoslovakian scooter, but as someone who grew up during the age of tail-fins, I would love to have one of these scooters just to see people's strange looks as I rode past them. However, I suspect very few of them were imported into the US except classic Vespas & Lambrettas, so electric conversion thereof would be complicated.
Interestingly, the original Vespa makes an excellent basis for e-conversion -- the engine was mounted on the swingarm, driving the rear wheel directly via transmission (so no drive chain/belt), perfect for a hub motor; the fuel tank under the seat can be replaced by traction battery, as can the spare wheel area. This company (https://scooterlab.uk/restrospectives-project-e-electric-vespa-conversion-news/) as well as others does conversion kits, but no idea what they cost.

I saw one during the Paris night ride, they are beautiful.

Slightly offtopic...
As a former owner of a 1986 Vespa PX150e from new (my fellow Uni students were jealous ;D) I do hope that electric conversion might end up being reasonably economical for the mass-produced classical scooters (that is, conversion kits could be produced at volume prices).
They don't need much range for (sub)urban commuting, nor do aerodynamics matter much at 80km/h or below, but they could still fill a niche that e-bicycles don't -- share the roads with cars.
My (2-stroke ICE) Vespa weighed 80kg dry IIRC, and could hit 90-95 km/h the 9HP (under 7kW) engine. and would cruise easily at 75-80 km/h (50mph).
A 3kW electric motor would of course give better acceleration.
