Title: 2013 FX 5.7 questions

I was wondering what would cause the battery for my Zero 2013 Fx 5.7 to only put out 46 volts and won't register as a battery/won't charge when plugged into any charger ( the onboard charger and an external charger).


The BMS isn't giving any warnings or error messages so I am not sure what is wrong.

One or both of your batteries is bad, and probably unrecoverable. Take it to a dealer ASAP.
