Nice article with good info.
But more for general info on EV status right now.

Because comparing motor with scooter....  :'(
Both have there different markets, really different markets I will say  :o

True. But here in the U.S. you don't really have much choice if you want to review a couple of mass-produced two-wheel electric vehicles. The Zero and the C-Evolution are about the only EV's on the market here, other than the Energica brand. And neither the C-Evolution or the Energicas are selling well enough to make much of a blip on the sales charts. So you review what you can, even if they are going to appeal to completely different markets.
