Title: 2010 Zero S Throttle Problem

Hello Kilowatt Kids....Sniktaw here...newbie...Trying to help my Brother who has a 2010 S Zero. Bike is charged and all functions seem fine when turned on, but NO response from Throttle. Of course then....Bike will not go anywhere..
Thoughts, suggestions will be appreciated

You probably need a new throttle assembly.  My understanding is that the 2011 Zeros had throttle problems similar to that.  Even my 2012 Zero would stall occasionally when new at stoplights and twisting the throttle wouldn't get it going again without first rebooting the ignition, but the factory installed a new and updated throttle assembly and the bike never had another issue with stalling.

We did get a new one some time ago, so you may be right, it could be the throttle assembly. The second one worked for awhile. Its seem to be pretty simple...reostat handle wire & connections. Maybe we need a third one.

The throttle assembly is a 5K potentiometer. You can check if it's the problem by simply hooking an ordinary 5K potentiometer to the wires in the bike. But remember to lift the rear wheel off the ground! :P I made a test jig this way and it worked perfectly.
